(707) 942-5432 Fax (707) 942-9029 The fee for the use of Sebastopol Woods and Gardens during 2003 is: $3000 for the first 100 guests and $20 each additional guest. There is a fee of $900++ for Day-of Coordination.   CAPACITY: 200 Guests   FEES AND DEPOSITS: For events, a $1,000 deposit and a $500 refundable cleaning fee is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. A catering deposit of $1270 includes Day-of coordination, rehearsal and site supervision.   AVAILABILITY: June through September. Best weather is in July and August.   RESTRICTIONS: No rice, hard grains, or confetti. An insurance certificate is required. Port-a-lettes must be provided. Music ends at 9:30pm and lighting is needed if event continues after dark. Children under 10 years of age require adult supervision.

  Sebastopol Woods and Gardens is a park-like setting combining towering redwood trees and a fern forest with a monet-style garden and a large pond. You can hold your ceremony on the lawn adjoining the house and garden, and then dine and dance under the redwoods.  

Your guests are free to wander this peaceful, well-kept property. A pretty art studio provides privacy for the bridal party and serves as a changing room for the bride. A large area is available for guest parking.
