The fee includes accommodations for 11 guests and 48 hours of continual site use.   CAPACITY: 150 Guests   FEES AND DEPOSITS: For events, a $1,800 deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to the event. A catering deposit of $1600 includes Day-of coordination, rehearsal and site supervision.   AVAILABILITY: May to October   RESTRICTIONS: No rice, hard grains, or confetti. An insurance certificate is required. Music is moderated at 10:00pm and ends at midnight. Lighting is needed if event continues after dark. Children under 10 years of age require adult supervision.

  This site features a German Style Chateau set in its own valley that guarantees privacy. Beautifully manicured boxwood hedges contain colorful plantings of perennial flowers. There is a rose garden as well as 2 lovely large olive trees as backdrops.  

The large wrought iron gates open to a brick drive that doubles as a dance floor. A large lawn accommodates your ceremony and dining with a picturesque lake nearby. A shuttle is necessary for most parties with parking nearby. There is no extra site charge for rehearsal dinners.
